PROJECT PRESENTATION TO THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY TEACHERS
On September the 17th 2019, the first information meeting on the Erasmus + KA229 Project “E quindi uscimmo a riveder le stelle”, took place at the primary school in Passaggio di Bettona. Many teachers were present who had the opportunity to get to know more in depth the project and its implementation phases.
PROJECT PRESENTATION EVENT
On the 4th of October, during the KICK OFF MEETING, which took place in Italy from 1st to 7th October 2019, an Event was held to present the project to the whole community and in the presence of the local authorities and teachers of the participating countries.
ERASMUS CORNER
After returning from the first mobility in Ivalo, a corner dedicated to the project was set up inside and / or outside the schools. The students, coordinated by their teachers, prepared materials to share the experiences of the project with the entire school community.

IVALO MOBILITY DISSEMINATION WITH TEACHERS
On February the 20th 2020 the headteacher Silvia Mazzoni and the teachers in mobility at Ivalo, Pamela Sirci and Daniela Rosati, share their experience with colleagues, focusing on analogies and differences regarding the two school systems.
IVALO MOBILITY DISSEMINATION WITH STUDENTS OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL
On February the 26th Riccardo Continelli and Matilde Marcantonini, coordinated by teachers Pamela Sirci and Daniela Rosati, share the experience in Finland with the children of primary and secondary school in Torgiano. On March the 4th Nicola Branda, Elena Cerchece, Egidio Carucci and Filippo Fratini, coordinated by teachers Elisabetta Brizi, Elena Gabrielli, Rita Cristofani and Elisa Tofi, refers to the children of the primary and secondary school in Passaggio di Bettona.
ERASMUS EVENT: IVALO MOBILITY
On February the 27th the headteacher, the students and the accompanying teachers shared their experience about Ivalo mobility to the whole community and in the presence of the local authorities.
RIMIRAR LE STELLE D’INVERNO Online January Sky Observation Event
Despite this difficult period, we did not stop and we tried to carry out the planning actions related to the observation of the sky. On January 15, 2021, an online event took place in which students and their families participated. Professor Simonetta Ercoli of the StarLight Association led a sky observation using the Stellarium software. The students from home, following the instructions of Professor Ercoli and with the maps of the sky provided by the teachers, were able to observe the January sky from their homes.

Even in March we were able to observe the stars. On March 16, 2021, an observation of the sky took place, as it had already been in January, led by Professor Ercoli of the StarLight Association.

Another initiative, which took place on March 30, was a training event aimed at the teachers of the Institute that allowed us to deepen the topics relating to meteroids and to another digital program, alternative to Stellarium, dedicated to observation of the sky: the Mitaka program. The meeting was held by Fra Andrea Frigo, physicist and head of the Planetarium of Amelia and by Professor Simonetta Ercoli of the StarLight Association.
LOGO CONTEST
During this school year our students, like all those from the project partner countries, have been involved in the realization of the Project logo. After a selection, the drawing created by the Greek school was the winner. Finally, we now have our Logo and during the online meetings in May it was officially presented to the whole partnership.
ERASMUS DAY
TURN OFF A LIGHT-TURN ON A FRIENDSHIP
On October 14, on the occasion of Erasmus Day 2021, online meetings were held between the classes involved in the activities related to the creation of the Manual of good practices for the reduction of light pollution. Students had the opportunity to discuss the work done and through online games to review the knowledge learned. For the teachers it was an opportunity to take stock of the situation and plan subsequent activities.
ERASMUS EVENT: VALENCIA MOBILITY
On December the 16th 2021 the headteacher, the students and the accompanying teachers who participated in the mobility in Valencia shared their experience to the whole community and in the presence of the local authorities. The Event allowed our “special correspondents” to share their experiences highlighting how important participation in Erasmus programs is to enrich the Institute’s training offer. After the meeting, all the participants and pupils of some classes involved in the project had the opportunity to follow a sky observation led by Lamberto Marcantonini and the Headteacher Silvia Mazzoni at the Brufa Sculpture Park.

Teacher Barbara Cinti share her experience in Spain with her students of secondary school in Passaggio di Bettona. Agnese Alunni, Pietro Paci, Giovanni Paolucci, Marco Saltalippi and Andrea Taschini coordinated by teachers Patrizia Barluzzi, Elena Gabrielli, Sabrina Moroni and Chiara Berichillo share the experience lived in Spain with their classmate of secondary school in Torgiano.
CRETE MOBILITY DISSEMINATION WITH STUDENTS OF SECONDARY SCHOOL
On April 2022 students and teachers who took part in the mobility in Crete shared their experience with the school community.
ERASMUS EVENT: CRETE MOBILITY
On April 26, 2022, the mobility dissemination event in Crete was held at the Biblioteca di Passage di Bettona. The Head Teacher Silvia Mazzoni, the teachers Elisabetta Brizi and Daniela Rosati and the students Elisa Betti, Federico Liberti, Leonardo Pettorossi, Livia Scognamiglio, Gabriele Spalloni, Francesco Tarko and Alessandro Taschini shared their experiences in Heraklion. Representatives of local institutions, teachers from the institute, families and the wider local community were present
ERASMUS EVENT: LONDON MOBILITY
The last mobility abroad for students and teachers of the Institute took place from 2 to 8 May. Upon their return, on 13 May, a dissemination event was held in which the participants in the mobility shared with the community activities and experiences lived at the British partner.
ERASMUS EVENT: TORGIANO BETTONA MOBILITY
On May 26, during the last project mobility that took place in Italy from May 22 to 27, the final dissemination event of the project took place. At the Teatro di Santa Caterina in Bettona were present the partner delegations, the teachers of the Institute, the representatives of the local institutions and associations that have actively contributed to the success of the mobility, some students representing all the teachers of the Institute. The Manager coordinated the event by moderating the interventions and testimonials of teachers and students of the partnership. The contribution sent by the Coordinator of the Italian Erasmus + National Agency, Dr. Sara Pagliai, enriches the event.
SKY OBSERVATION PICCOLO FESTIVAL DELLE ARTI MIGRANTI_18.06.2022
The festival is an event dedicated to integration and art in a location, the Brufa Sculpture Park, which is an extraordinary example of artistic integration in a natural context.
During the second evening of the festival, some students of the Institute, with the Headteacher Silvia Mazzoni, led an observation of the sky.
